Changes have been announced to the membership of the Grand Rapids State Bank Board of Directors, according to Noah W. Wilcox, President and CEO of Grand Rapids State Bank.

Julie Wilcox, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Grand Rapids State Bank, has been appointed to the bank’s board of directors. Julie has been with the bank for 11 years. She earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and an MBA-Marketing from the University of Iowa. Julie also serves on the board of Minnesota Lakes Bank.

Julie joins Noah Wilcox, Steve Wilcox, Shelly Steere, Steve Burggraf, Stephen Welliver, and Don Johnson II on the bank’s board of directors.
